The City of Redlands Planning Commission is considering proposed new construction of a 3872 sq ft chiropractic office at the SE corner of Parkwood and Brookside. The proposed use will significantly increase traffic in this residential neighborhood and push Parkwood traffic beyond limits put forth in the Redlands General Plan.
I, the undersigned, oppose the construction of any project at the Southeast corner of Parkwood and Brookside Drives that can not fully contain its own parking requirements and strictly adhere to the noise and traffic control requirements of the Redlands General Plan.
