Many tenured employees devoted many years and many long hours and time to CIT. Many employees have been working at CIT for many years by choice in hopes of one day ,advancing their career paths. CIT employees who have been loyal to the company and what the company represents for many years.
The employees feel like they are getting over looked based on race and gender. Employees are afraid to say anything to managers are always in teams, so it seems as if you are being double teamed.
The employees complain that Human Resource Department never finds any resolutions to the employee issues, only the managers.
Many complain that Human Resource Department is always busy and don’t fully investigate the issues.
