Occasionally Harvey, otherwise known as HaHaHarvey on many popular websites such as Youtube and BlogTV, visits his brother in New York over the summer.
During these times, Harvey usually goes on his XBOX and plays Halo or COD with his friends and brother. Summers have been so much fun for Harvey in New York because the only adult in charge of his was his brother, who let him on the computer. Harvey has discovered BlogTV and then became friends with all of us.
However, next summer of 2009, Harvey will not be returning to New York. Instead he will be in the Philippines with his family.This is generally completely unfair. Harvey has been coming to New York the years we barely knew him. And now, that we've grown to know and love him, he is not coming to New York. Instead, he will be in the Philippines. He wouldn't even be in the same country, let alone the same continent, as us!
He will be on the other part of the world the time zones are even more screwed up than it already is.
We, the undersigned, call on to the legal guardians of Harvey and whoever pays for his plane tickets to bring him back to New York for the summer of 2009!
