The blatant cheating the French national team inflicted on the Republic of Ireland in Wednesday's (18/11/2009) Play Off Game.

This petition is to demand that Fifa implement new high level rules that allow decisions to be made after the conclusion of a game where highly controversial decisions have been made.
These would include replaying matches and changing the outcome of the match result.
Cheating needs to be kicked out of the game.
