According to Master Plan of 1991, sector 75-89 are declared to be developed, and accordingly and licenses in the year of 2005 onwards are issued to the various private builders in accordance to rule of Haryana Urban Development Act 1975, Act 1976, Punjab Scheduled Road and Controlled Area act 1963, Haryana Apartment Ownership Act 1983 and all other rules/ regulations/ Notifications and laws being in force thereon.

For External development work all the resident/ buyers of the said sectors have deposited approximately 5000 Crores of rupees in the name EDC/EEDC through various builders to DGTCP.
The DGTCP had to execute the development works such as Roads, Water Supply, Sewage, storm Water disposal, Street Lighting, Fire Fighting equipment's, Community Buildings etc. in said sectors before the actual handing over the possession by the builders (i.e. in the year of 2009). But the DGTCP/HUDA in utter disregard to its responsibilities, no development work was started within the stipulated time. Demand of completion of development work is not new and it has been in the past also.
We request to get the work done as soon as possible and give us the facilities which was committed either by Government, Builders or HUDA.
As per residents' opinion the amount submitted is sufficient to provide all basic amenities to a group of the most literate and law abiding citizen of this country.
