Form a new governing body over judges and have stricter accountability for the judiciary

Judges need to have a governing body of at least 6 people to answer to for some of the sentences they hand out for crimes committed.
My suggestion is that if these judges can't hand down a punishment to fit the crime, they have to answer to this governing body, they get 1 chance and then are voted out and replaced.
This body should consist of 2 members of the public and a police officer of good reputation, a family member that has gone through the sorrow of losing someone and have had to go through the court system.
These judges answer to no one and it needs to change.
We the undersigned call on changes to be made so that judges are held accountable for gross under-sentencing of shocking crimes.
