With incredible advances in science and technology and growing numbers of people connected to the internet it has become feasible to create an individual user based emergency warning system.
This system would provide fast and accurate detailed information on natural disasters that are difficult to predict including:
Earthquakes, Tsunami's, Tornadoes, Volcanoes, Floods, Hurricanes etc.
We, the undersigned, call on states, businesses and individuals to set up a free, and publicly available 'Global Warning System'. We additionally call on state and non state actors to provide all data that could improve the systems operation.
The system must be freely available to all people on the planet and compatible with all mobile devices.
The system must show details including the time left before the user is affected as well as the trajectory of the natural phenomenon (in an easy to view animated representation).
We also pledge to be collectively responsible by whenever possible, contributing to the systems reporting process thus insuring its accuracy and reliability.
