Provide non-partisan security services to Ugandans, and non-sectarian security services to Ugandans.
He has also promoted division among young Ugandan people by giving priority to western Uganda Youths compared to youths in other regions.
He has failed to give protection and security to top Moslem clerics despite them receiving security threats.
We, the undersigned, call on the UN, AU, EAC, and the Ugandan Government to make it possible for Gen Kale Kayihura to resign from being the Inspector General of Police of Uganda.
