In the first three years of a child's life, it is considered to be very crucial. Therefore, parents should be able to stay at home with their children and raise them up instead of constantly sending them to daycare centers.

Part-time employees do not receive full-time benefits; therefore part-time employees with parental duty should receive the same benefits as a full-time employee.
