Freedom for Franklin a Thai Ridgeback Dog

We, the undersigned, call on the Camano Animal Shelter Board of Directors to allow Franklin his fair right to a real home; by way of allowing a transfer to the Thai Ridgeback Rescue Network specific to his breed or another dog rescue which will be allowed to rehabilitate as needed, then placed into an appropriate home of their educated choice.
