We are in desperate need of some help for our 6 year old son who attends park school blackpool. He has been told he requires pull ups as he can not be toilet trained due to his autism, he is non verbal and has little understanding.
We have been told there is no incontinence service for children, so they can not access services which they need.
In the meantime we are struggling to find nappies that fit jacob comfortably, he is 6 so a big boy and normal nappies don't fit, we have been to the school nurse, GP, Consultant, health visitor, social worker, but all have said they have drawn a blank.
We want to go to our local MP to see if they will be able to give every child the right to have services they are desperate for and not to be turned away because there is no funding available.
Please help not just for Jacob but for every single disabled child who deserves so much better.
