Currently the footpath on Stiller Drive in Kuraby finishes at Fairview Close. This leaves 500 metres of non paved footpath for residents to walk to get to Svoboda Park and the King Street Park.
This route also includes two 90 degree blind corners on Stiller Drive resulting in an extremely dangerous situation where children are forced go on the road in order to get to the parks. Elderley are also put at risk as the footpath areas can be uneven and dangerous where a concrete path is not constructed.
We, the undersigned, request the Brisbane City Council to construct a concrete footpath on Stiller Drive between the end of the current section (close to Fairview Close) and Svoboda Park and from the intersection of King Street and Stiller Drive to the King Street Park.
