We call on the government of Ontario:

1. To immediately stop the competitive bidding for home care services so home care clients can receive the continuity and quality of care they deserve; and

2. To extend successor rights under the Labour Relations Act to home care workers to ensure the home care sector is able to retain a work force that is responsive to clients’ needs.
