Cartoon Network (abbreviated CN, corporately known as The Cartoon Network, Inc.) is an American cable television network owned by Turner Broadcasting which primarily airs animated programming.
The channel was launched on October 1, 1992 after Turner purchased the animation studio Hanna-Barbera Productions in 1991. It was served as a 24-hour outlet for classic animation properties from the Turner Broadcasting libraries and was all-ages-oriented, but now the channel serves as a platform for the up & rising animation medium with various programmes catering to both adult and child audiences respectively.
It also broadcasts many shows, ranging from action to animated comedy. Original series started in 1994 with Space Ghost Coast to Coast, along with Cartoon Cartoons original programmings like Dexter's Laboratory, Johnny Bravo, Cow and Chicken, I Am Weasel, The Powerpuff Girls, Ed, Edd n Eddy and Courage the Cowardly Dog. In 2008, it started airing live-action programming, including movies from Warner Bros. and New Line Cinema.
Cartoon network used to be awesome, Jim Samples, president of the Cartoon Network since August 2001, resigned on February 9, 2007 due to the 2007 Boston bomb scare.
Following Samples's resignation, Stuart Snyder was named his successor. and this is where cartoon network became bad. here's why. he cancel toonami. i think the reason he cancel toonami is he hates anime. he cancel all the good shows. and put live-action shows that killing the network including live-action movies. thank god that Hole in the Wall and the final two CN Real shows, Destroy Build Destroy and Dude, What Would Happen were removed from Cartoon Network's schedule completely. now we have to get level up and the hall of game awards to get cancelled. stuart snyder donest know about eduation, stuart snyder donest know about how to make shows for kids, stuart snyder donest know that cartoon network is the place for cartoons, not live-action shows. let's face it, stuart snyder donest know his butt from a hole in the ground.
We want people of cartoon network, Time Warner, Turner Broadcasting System and ted turner to fire stuart snyder. We want stuart snyder to resign and bring back jim samples to be the president of cartoon network again. If jim is the president of cartoon network again, bring back the good shows like the powerpuff girls, teen titans, codename: kids next door, Ed, Edd n Eddy, Dexter’s Laboratory, The Grim Adventures Of Billy and Mandy, johnny bravo, justice league, sym-bionic titan and more.
I don't think jim had to leave, because of the 2007 Boston bomb scare, he didn't do anything. don't cancel adventure time, regular show and The Amazing World of Gumball, it the only awesome shows on cartoon network. Cartoon network is about the cartoons.
Put all the characters like the powerpuff girls, teen titans, codename: kids next door, Ed, Edd n Eddy, Dexter’s Laboratory, The Grim Adventures Of Billy and Mandy, johnny bravo adventure time, regular show and more. bring back the block, fridays and bring back the two awesome hosts, tommy and tara.
put new episodes of adventure time and regular show on Fridays. air adventure time and regular show in fullscreen. replaced the new logo from today to the logo from 2004-2010. cancel hall of game awards, teen titans go! and almost naked animals. air xiaolin chronicles, the revival and sequel series to Xiaolin Showdown and air reruns of Xiaolin Showdown, air reruns of code lyoko, including the fifth season, rebranded as Code Lyoko Evolution, air reruns of Totally Spies!, including the fifth season, cartoon network didn't air and the sixth Season, which is gonna air in 2013. air Johnny Bravo Goes to Bollywood, a brand new johnny bravo episode.
Cartoon network should be a network that is all cartoons. I want all live-action shows discontinued. Please people of cartoon network, Time Warner, Turner Broadcasting System and ted turner fire, stuart snyder right now and rehire jim samples, his butt IS a hole in the ground.
