I am a survivor of child abuse that did not get to testify. I know 2 little girls that are survivors that did not get to testify.
The molester was given a plea bargain and is serving only 25% of what he should have been given (life).
I want the blea bargain choice thrown out of court when it comes to child abuse and let the child be heard!
We, the undersigned, call on the District Attorneys/Judges of ALL court rooms to eliminate the plea bargain choice in child abuse cases. Let the child testify.
