As you all aware that every year many seats in DNB counselling gets wasted due to seat blocking , so we are trying to prevent seat blocking in DNB CET Counselling, 2014 and for that we filed a case in Delhi High Court, our next approach is to show our strength & forward our application in the form of this petition to NBE that we want implementation of Rule 7.4 & 1st Round Of DNB counselling after 1st Round of All India Counselling.
We, the DNB rankers in DNB NOV-2013 exams, undersign here that we want counselling of our session to be delayed & to be held after 1st Round of All India Counselling & we want Rule no. 7.4 to be implemented in our Counselling of NOV-DNB CET, 2014 , to prevent seat blocking & to get our desired branch in the counselling.
