The undersigned persons, which shall include, but is not limited to, family members, co-workers, and close friends, hereby petition the Monroe County Family Court to grant more frequent, unsupervised visitation of Isabella Rose Schultz to her father, Brady James Schultz.
We, the undersigned, believe that Mr. Schultz is more than capable of performing the duties required of a father.
We believe that based upon the daily duties achieved through consistent employment, the ability to maintain a stable residence, as well as his overall level of responsibility and maturity, the Court should find no reason to not move forward in Mr. Schultz's favor.
