Upon moving to fairfield Hills South numerous issues have come to our attention since living here. With many complaints of poor management, poor maintenance and followup to requests by residents, Drug dealing by basketball courts, Kids who don't live in community on property starting problems, Limited security, Guard gates don't work when stated they do which lets random people into community and more.
There never is anyone in leasing office available or they do not return phone calls. Corporate office never returns phone calls, steals money, bills for amounts not owed, goes back on word for concessions advertised when moving in, does not provide lease to tenants and more.
We have evidence and documentation supporting these issues and need everyone's support.
We, the undersigned, support this petition and experienced these issues while residing in this community or are aware of these issues which are a concern to everyone living here including the well being of their children.
We are looking to pursue action against Fairfield for wrongful management and attempts to charge inaccurate costs, not follow through with agreed promotions, not maintain homes and follow up with maintenance requests in a timely manner and obtain better security method for the protection of our residents and children in this development.
