Tenants of 11019 Fruitland Dr
This matter is in regards to the tenant who resides in APT # 9 on the second floor.
In the past couple of months her behavior has gone from bad to worse. She yells and swears at all hours of the night on her cell phone pacing up and down the hallway and surrounding apartment.
It would be nice to have peace and quite restored in our building. She has repeatedly left the house for hours at a time with her son (approx. 2 years old) alone at home. This is most likely why she climbs in and out of the living room window at odd hours of the day, because the door has a bolt lock from the inside to prevent the child from leaving the apartment when left without any supervision.
This type of behavior cannot and will not be tolerated first in regards to the safety of this child left unattended without any adult supervision and the hazardous situation that is created for all of us living in the building.
Numerous occasions we have seen her looking for her son around the building calling his name out loud.
All signed petitions will be presented to the building management for final decision(s) made.
We, the undersigned, petition for a review of Apt #9 tenant's lease due to unacceptable behavior.
