A proper Royal Commission investigation into the Port Arthur, Tasmania, Australia, massacre of 28 April 1996 is required to find the perpetrators and release MARTIN BRYANT from his life incarceration in the barbaric Dickensian Risdon prison in Tasmania, Australia.

We the undersigned demand that a ROYAL COMMISSION be immediately commenced to fully investigate the Port Arthur massacre of 28 April 1996 to confirm the real perpetrators of the massacre and release MARTIN BRYANT who could never have committed the heinous crime.
