I am a payroll processor for California, Hawaii, Arizona, and Alaska. I have been doing accounting for almost 9 years. I have worked for many different types of companies.

My petition is simply trying to override the termination laws that are set for these states.

I have seen the financial restraint the employment laws have had on many companies. As an American citizen and living in one of these states that support these laws, I believe that the employment laws are over exerted. Do you realize how many companies cater to these states laws and regulations?

I want to protect employers and make America more economically stable. I can prove that for every person that gets terminated employers are losing money too! Its a ripple effect, it makes fed-ex jobs harder, employers a fear of getting sued and as a payroll processor I have a fear of losing my job if I make a mistake.

Termination of these employees shouldn't have any special treatment because they didn't have respect for the company’s rules and regulations why shouldn't they receive their check when everyone else does? I attest to the law which states the employees should receive immediate payment these states are Colorado, Arizona, Hawaii, Alaska and California.
