Ellen Mariani lost her husband, Neil Mariani, when he boarded flight 175 on 9/11/01. She has been litigating since that time to try to find justice through the courts. She has been met with all kinds of improper obstacles and unjust and illegal treatment by the courts.

Ellen has now appealed to the US Supreme Court. Her appeal is presently pending. That court will be deciding whether or not to consider her appeal and let it go forward.
Every other case in which a plaintiff was suing after having lost a family member on 9/11 for pressured, manipulated or otherwise forced to settle out of court. Not one of these cases has been allowed to go to trial. (What are the powers that be afraid of? That the truth will come out?)

People are asked to sign this petition in solidarity with Ellen and urging the justices of the US Supreme Court to grant Ellen’s petition for writ of certiorari (i.e., to allow her appeal to go forward).
We, the undersigned, ask the justices of the US Supreme Court to grant Ellen Mariani's petition for writ of certiorari and to hear her appeal.
Finding the truth about 9/11 is a matter of great importance to the people of United States and of the entire world. There were serious improprieties in the lower court proceedings.
We want justice for Ellen and we also want the truth about 9/11 to come out.
