Did you know that Travel Agents do not legally have to reply to any request you give them? Such as confirming your Holiday! Surprised, I was!
In my case it turned out the Travel Agent concerned had been told by the Tour Operator that my Holiday agenda and itinerary had changed, even when I asked Where are my tickets, they said don't worry. Then 5 days before I am due to go..... they tell me. They had deliberately withheld information. I could not go!
We, the undersigned, petition the Prime Minister (of Great Britain or whichever Country you lodge this in), to Force Travel Agents to respond to their Customers' request for Holiday Confirmation and make this a Statutory and Legal Obligation.
