Time Warner Cable provides DSL to parts of Dillon County. There are many miles of residents that can't receive the service because it is monopolized.
AT&T is one that can provide the service. However, they do not at this time offer DSL services to many Dillon County residents. This petition is being created to urge AT&T to bring service to the areas that are not being serviced.
We, the undersigned, call on AT&T to provide DSL internet service to the remaining citizens who do not have the opportunity to receive DSL.
