A petition due to the fact that there is no Drug Rehabilation Facility available in Mississippi County, and census report showing that Mississippi County have a great need for a Drug Rehabilitation, according to the number of youth and adults being addicted to some kind of mind altering drug.
We, the Board of Directors of "I Surrender", which is a Faith-Based, 12 Step Teaching Organization, call on the people of Mississippi County/Arkansas to sigh this petition, recommending to the city officials of Mississippi County, to allow "I Surrender" open a Drug Rehabilitation Facility, in Blytheville, Arkansas, to serve the need for helping restore families back to recovery from the addiction of alcohol and drugs.
