Because,the insurance price is ridiculous! You can't punish our dogs like that. People are dumping their dogs all over,lettting them die beause of this.
Only people whose dog has bitten someone should be charged,not just people who own various types of pitbulls or any other 'dangerous' dogs like rottweilers. Don't label a dog based off of his type. Label him on his character.
The average citizen can't afford that price. $250 000 is ridiculous. Period.
Don't let them get away with it, let people whose dogs have attacked someone pay, not us.
