We, the undersigned concerned citizens, oppose the land use change proposed in the Sexton Mountain Drive / Murray Boulevard CPA and ZMA Case File No. CPA2014-0015, ZMA2014-009 in which the City of Beaverton is proposing to rezone the 8 acres, aka Cobb Trust Property, from the current R7 to R2 on Sexton Mountain Drive and Murray Boulevard, Washington County Assessor's Map 1S1-28BB Tax Lots 600 and 700.
