After years of faithful service and dedication to the Western Heights School District Band Programs, Mr. Smith has resigned due to the parents who consistantly find the need to run to administration and complain and the school administration's refusal to support him as the Head Band Director.
This is to show the School Board and Administrators that they must support Mr. Smith as an employee of the District and not approve his resignation. That we as parents and students value the experience and dedication that Mr. Smith has given the band programs. We therefore protest Mr. Smith's resignation.
