Many of the homeowners and tenants have been targeted with unjustified warnings, citations, fines, and towings. This has become a disruption to everyday living. Individuals have blatantly sat in front of homes photographing their behaviors and invading upon privacy.
Owners who landspace can fit a vehicle without sticking out have been limited to parking in their garage.
Homeowners are forced to live in deathly conditions when the weather is unbearable due to AC units being unable to be placed in the home they purchased.
Those with landscape spacing are also prevented from having their bins placed outside despite being hidden given the spacing.
This petition is being drawn to ask that the home owners in this community vote for new management.
The dues we homeowners pay do not justify being put under these circumstances when we own our home. Legally with 80% vote we can be rid completely of the HOA. We also can request new management and new board members.
