We the undersigned call on Leeds City Council Health Authority to provide a Diagnostic / Assessment Service for Adults on the Autistic Spectrum along with support via Outreach Services.

This would also include Services appropriate to individual needs distinctly for people who are high functioning and do not necessarily need to access current day service provision.
