Deny the Orphaned Works Bill

Target: Any and all artists who care about how and by who their precious artwork is being used.
Region: United States of America
Background (Preamble):
The "Orphaned Works" bill has been fought over for a while, but now it's getting closer than ever to being passed. If this happens, any non-copyright work will be up for grabs LEGALY.
Previously, any artwork that wasn't copyrighted would still be protected by law from art theft, allowing you to sue for any damages done to you or your art if someone stole it.
If this bill is passed, your rights as the creator of your art, animations, literature, and anything else you may have ever created will be in serious trouble. This bill is intending to make it so that, unless a work is copyright registered (Which costs at least 5$ per work), it is automatically up for grabs.
Anyone will be able to take it for their LEGAL use, and you won't get a cent.

Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the US congress and Copyright Office to stop the passing of the Orphaned Works bill, and eliminate it from any and all future consideration.
