Today a 7 year old boy was beaten and burnt to death for stealing garri (cassava flour). A lady was killed for stealing a cellphone, 4 young men were slaughtered in daylight for allegedly stealing gadgets! All in daylight. All with bystanders, filming and taking pictures while a human is snuffed to death.
This has to stop! These crimes against humanity are rarely investigated and the bystanders are never even considered as accomplices.
We, the undersigned, call on the 3 arms of government to investigate the deaths linked to extra-judicial (mob action) actions, to bring to book the offenders and bystanders as accomplice.
Stop talking and do something about it!
