Since I have lived in this neighborhood I have noticed there are individuals that keep speeding without care even while kids are playing in the streets. This is very worrisome for everyone, especially us with children.
I am asking you to sign this petition so we can do something before an accident happens. I myself have called the police to only be told all they can do is drive by. This is very frustrating because I do not want anything to happen to anyone’s children. But the way I have seen these people drive on these streets it is only a matter of time.
Please if you can help me by signing the petition so I can talk with the Gaston County City Officials and see what they can do about adding signs, speed bumps, or anything that can help reduce the speeding.
