It is well passed time for Indiana to make its first step into Legalization and Regulation by first Decriminalizing Possession of Marijuana for adults 21 and older.
*Free up needed jail space
*Allow law enforcement to focus on more severe issues
*Bring in more revenue from issuing citations
*Less lives ruined from unjust outdated laws
*Allows easier access for people in medical need
These benefits of decriminalization are badly needed. Along with many others not mentioned.
People's lives are being ruined from criminal prosecution of small personal amounts of marijuana.
Our law enforcement is wasting valuable time arresting these small time offenders.
It's time to take that first small step in the right direction.
