West Virginia has not had the Death Penalty for years. Violent criminals who have committed murder in the first degree are setting in prison using the tax payers money to keep them there.
We should bring back the death penalty to West Virginia to punish violent offenders and murders for what the did.
We the people of West Virginia should have a voice in the way criminals are punished in our state.
