Several tenants residing at the Rose Garden Senior Apartment Complex have experienced a fowl sickening chemical smelling odor coming thru the ducts and vents of surrounding apartments into their apartments causing serious health issues.
Health concerns are coughing, watery eyes, odor is damaging food and and loss of appetite
We the undersigned, call on the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority to immediately investigate and act on the dangerous and fowl odors coming through the apartment air ducts and vents causing various health issues with it's tenants.
The odors are coming from other tenants apartments who may be smoking drugs or making drugs in the apartments above and or surrounding tenants apartments. These odors have been present for the last several months with no serious response from the Southern Nevada Regional Housing Authority or the management at the Rose Garden Senior Apartment complex. An odor testing proceedure was promised to be performed by The managment of Rose Garden however it has never been ordered or provided.
The smell of this odor and it's properties are creating serious health problems among several of its current tenants and with this petition we hope to get a serious approach in resolving this dangerous health issue from the Rose Garden management or we will present our complaint to the Las Vegas Helth Department and the N. Las Vegas Police Department for a thorough investigation.
