Because the Masters is a season into itself, only fully understood by CSRA residents;
Because many of said CSRA residents rent their homes and cannot return until late Sunday or Monday;
Because many spend Sunday evening watching and celebrating the Masters;
Because many are returning from a week out of town to attend the tournament and/or to see the Masters results;
We the undersigned call on the powers that be to declare the Monday following the Masters Tournament to be a holiday from work and school.
