We, the residence of Elmfield Drive and surrounding area, petition Norfolk Council to install Pedestrian Crossings and lower the traffic speed to 30mph along the stretch of the A1101. Drivers typically speed through this very busy intersection far exceeding the current 40 mph.
There have been numerous car accidents, a few unfortunately have been fatal, and we fear very much so that soon an accident will involve a pedestrian which could possibly be one of our children.
