There are many children in the neighborhood on the new development of the north end of Graettinger.
At this time, a child who would like to go to the park to play, he/she must cross a major road.
This road is heavily traveled by commercial trucks, farm equipment, and common city traffic.
We, the undersigned, would like to have access to a park on Walnut Circle for the kids in the neighborhood.
