Never having a proper road to travel upon to and from work, Dickey Clay Factory created the citizens of CR 163 a road of their own that allowed them to reach Old Corpus Christi Highway. After creating a dirt road for the citizens of CR 163, Wilson county maintained the road until Bexar county divided the road among two counties.
Bexar and Wilson county are both responsible to the citizens and taxpayers of CR 163 who have dealt with the burden of traveling to and from CR 163.
We, the citizens of CR 163, call on Wilson and Bexar county to come to an agreement about the situation of paving and maintaining the road of CR 163.
