Vehicles cut over on North Pecan Creek Trail to avoid being held up by the train. They have to speed to beat the train. This has been an ongoing problem. We have made several reports to the police department.
Sometimes the vehicles are going so fast you can hear their motors being shut off by the governors on the motors. In October our family dog was hit and killed by a speeding car that did not stop. There are several children that reside on North Pecan Creek Trail.
We, the residents ON or NEAR North Pecan Creek Trail, Valley View, Texas are requesting the City of Valley View to recode North Pecan Creek Trail as a No Through street/zone.
