Continued Pool Access for Villas at Summit Ridge Homeowners

We the undersigned, note that the pool access amenity was one promised and advertised during the home purchasing process, beginning with the first sale of the properties in 2004 and continuing into the summer of 2011 with to the most recently sold property, at 3417 SW Lois Lane.

This selling point was a key factor in our collective decision to make Summit Ridge our home.

Further, as residents of Summit Ridge we have always had access to the pool since our homes were built, and consider it a key part of our summer experience. Our families would be extremely disappointed not have this amenity, and believe the cost of $300, is a very compelling sum when considering that it is the same amount that other Summit Ridge homeowners pay for broader services and amenities.

It is also understood, that pool access as been made available to neighboring subdivisions in the past. We also assume that guests of Summit Ridge will continue to have access to the pool.

We have long associated ourselves with the Summit Ridge community and have assumed that the advertised features and benefits of homeownership at Summit Ridge as represented on your web site applied to our collective community:
