Continue Ban On Stem Cell Research

Target: President Barrack H. Obama

Petition Background (Preamble):

This petition is against President Barrack H. Obama's promise to lift the ban on Embryonic Stem Cell Research (hESCR.) Note: hESCR is NOT illegal. But it does, however, have restrictions that prevent clinics to use and destroy large amounts of embryos for the benefit of medical science.

But now, Obama wants to lift these restrictions so that we can find new cures for diseases. However, while it may seem as a great success, it's killing thousands of embryos within the first couple of days of conception.

Petition:

Mr. President,

We, the people of the United States, have come together to sign and declare this petition. We, Mr. President, call that you do NOT lift the restrictions on Human Embryonic Stem Cell Research (hESCR.) Lifting this ban would cause a large amount of Embryos to be destroyed.

Though many of these cells may have been "thrown out", it does NOT justify the fact that it is murdering lives. Furthermore, in addition to this, it would cause hESCR to be a billion dolor industry that would allow clinics of all types to make great benefits of.

This would encourage women to donate unwanted children to these clinics to destroy. We, sir, believe that even a "few day old" embryo is a human life. We, the people of the United States, elected you to lead our country because you vowed to do what the people desired.

We, the people of the United States, call that you do NOT lift the restrictions on hESCR.

Thank You.
