PETITION SUPPORTING THE PASSAGE OF A RESOLUTION
REASSERTING THE SOVEREIGNTY OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT
We, the undersigned, support the passage of a state sovereignty resolution reasserting the Constitutional rights of the State of Connecticut, and thereby, it's people. Moreover, we support the State’s nullification of federal laws that violate the provisions of the 9th and 10th Amendments of the U.S. Constitution.
THE NINTH AMENDMENT
"The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people."
THE TENTH AMENDMENT
"The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people."
