Our water wells are being contaminated with oil or leaking oil. These water wells were drilled years before Conico/Phillips came onto the scene. Before Conico/Phillips started drilling around our properties water was drinkable and ok for bathing.
We have noticed that the water has become salty and undrinkable and our hair has started to feel greasy or lost its texture.
We, the undersigned, call for the Railroad commission to stop Conico/Phillips from continuing to drill around real estate or residential property, and also pay for damaged water wells or drill new water wells for residential claimants.
