Berkshire Terminus is not up to code.
This building is dangerous/hazardous. We did not know this when signing our lease.
There is no working sprinkler system in case of a fire. I don't think it is fair paying such high rent plus a Concierge Fee for a building that is not 100%.
We, the undersigned and residents @ Berkshire Terminus, are appealing to whomever it may concern to waive our Concierge Fee until we are living in a building that is 100% safe and up to code.
