Petition to Stop the Rezoning of Lot 1 on Beachcomber Lane and Lot 8 on Sunrise Terrace from Residential to Commercial (C1A) and all related amendments to the Town of Indian River Shores Comprehensive Plan and Future Land Use Map and to stop the approval of the proposed 9,431 sq. ft. two story Spectrum Office Building.
We, the undersigned residents of the Town of Indian River Shores, urge our Mayor, Town Council Members and Planning, Zoning and Variance Board Members to deny all requests related to the rezoning of Lot 1, Lot 8 and related amendments to the Town’s Comprehensive Plan and Future Use Map and to deny the approval of the Spectrum Office Building.
