Hackers have been a main problem with computers and very few of them have been caught.
I think we should make a New Law. If they track down a Hacker, they should automatically go where he is and arrest Him/Her with no Questions asked.
They should be put to Federal Prison for at least a 2 or 3 years and a 250,000 dollar fine with no Parol. Everyone may get infected and 92% of computers have been hacked.
These people must be stopped as recentley scanned a Hacker and got rid of him and His "MalWare Alarm 2.1".And the creator Dr. Joseph Popp and others should be arrestead and the creators should be sentenced to 30-60 years in Jail.
We, the Undersigned, want hackers to get out of our lives. They should be arrested.
