A group of local artists has taken to making our city beautiful.
With permission from the building owner, they have started a city themed mural to attract positive attention and bring some colour to the downtown core.
We would love the city to grant permission to make the adjacdnt vacant property a park.
We, the undersigned, hereby call on the City Of Welland to give approval for a park in the vacant lot at the corner of Hellems Avenue and East Main Street.
