We, the residents of the community, petition the council to allow the opening of X-TREME BODYWORKS of 160A Stuart Road Walton Liverpool L4 5QY.
There are concerns regarding the relationship of the proposed development to the residential properties adjacent in terms of the impacts of noise from within the premises and noise and general disturbance from patrons and staff arriving and leaving the premises. Mr Ward has confirmed he will come to an agreement regarding the noise and the disturbance of patrons coming and leaving the premises and is looking into parking facilities with Hillside High School.
We the Community demand the planning and building control of Liverpool City Council pass the application in order to better the community and better our childrens future.
